NVIDIA released Cosmos3-H-Dreams, a real-time generative surgical simulator trained on video and robot kinematics recorded during clinical cholecystectomy procedures on the CMR Surgical Versius platform. Built on the 16-billion-parameter Cosmos3-H-Embodied-Nano and accelerated by FlashDreams, it runs interactively on a single NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 GPU and ships four-step and two-step checkpoints that trade visual quality for inference speed. NVIDIA describes it as a research simulator, not a validated system for patient care, and provides a recipe for adapting it to other datasets and controllers.
